Terms & Conditions

Terms governing WebsiteIn5000 website development, applications, hosting, payments, project scope, ownership and third-party services.

Last updated: 19 September 2026 Website: websitein5000.in Operator: BRATTO TECH

1. Agreement and project documents

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of WebsiteIn5000.in and to development, hosting, support and related services ordered from WebsiteIn5000.in/BRATTO TECH. A quotation, proposal, invoice, order record or signed scope may add project-specific terms.

2. Scope of development services

The purchased plan or written quotation defines the included scope. Features not expressly included are not automatically part of the project. Material changes, additional modules, additional pages, new integrations or revised workflows may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.

3. Custom coding ownership and handover

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, final project files or custom deliverables that are part of the purchased scope are handed over after all amounts due for that deliverable/project have been paid. Third-party software, libraries, themes, plugins, APIs, fonts, stock assets, hosting platforms and other licensed components remain subject to their own licences and ownership terms.

4. Client responsibilities

  • provide accurate business, product, content and project information;
  • provide lawful rights/permissions for supplied text, images, logos, databases and other materials;
  • review designs, content and functionality within agreed review periods;
  • maintain secure control of passwords, OTPs, API keys and third-party accounts;
  • obtain any licences, regulatory approvals or professional review required for the client's business, products or claims.

5. Domain, hosting and external services

Unless expressly included in the selected plan/order, development prices do not include domain registration/renewal, hosting/cloud infrastructure, paid APIs, SMS/OTP, email delivery, app-store fees, premium licences, third-party subscriptions, gateway/provider charges or other external costs. See Hosting & Third-Party Costs.

6. Payments and milestones

Projects may be payable in full or by milestones. Where the milestone option is offered, the default schedule may be 30% token/start payment, 40% after the first agreed milestone, and the remaining 30% before final handover/deployment. The order/quotation controls if it specifies a different lawful schedule. See the Payment & Milestone Policy.

7. Delivery estimates

Delivery periods are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed. Timelines may change because of client delays, content/access delays, revision rounds, technical dependencies, third-party approvals, provider outages, regulatory checks or scope changes.

8. Revisions

Included revision rounds apply to the agreed scope. A revision means a reasonable modification to work already within scope; it does not include a new feature, redesign, new workflow or material scope expansion.

9. Third-party approvals

WebsiteIn5000 provides technical integration where agreed but cannot guarantee approval, activation, continued availability or acceptance by payment gateways, banks, app stores, hosting companies, domain registrars, advertising platforms, email/SMS providers, social platforms or regulators.

10. Search and marketing results

SEO, AEO, GEO, performance or structured-data work may improve technical readiness, but rankings, traffic, indexing speed, leads, revenue, platform placement or AI-search visibility are not guaranteed.

11. Prohibited or unlawful use

Services must not be used for unlawful activity, malicious software, deceptive impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, abusive content, unauthorised access or any activity prohibited by applicable law or a required third-party provider.

12. Suspension

Work or service access may be suspended where payment is materially overdue, necessary access/content is not provided, the requested use appears unlawful, a third-party provider requires suspension, or continued operation presents a serious security/abuse risk.

13. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care within the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, consequential or business-loss claims are excluded where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing terms and disputes

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Indian law unless a mandatory law or a specifically agreed written contract requires otherwise. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through documented good-faith communication.
