Last updated: 19 September 2026 Website: websitein5000.in Operator: BRATTO TECH

1. Development pricing and external costs

Unless expressly stated as included in the selected order, custom website/application/software development prices cover the agreed development scope only.

2. Costs that may be separate

  • domain registration, transfer and renewal;
  • shared hosting, business hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and cloud infrastructure;
  • CDN, storage, backup and monitoring providers;
  • paid APIs, AI APIs and usage-based services;
  • SMS, OTP, WhatsApp, telephony and email-delivery charges;
  • payment-gateway or international transaction charges;
  • premium themes, plugins, fonts, stock media and software licences;
  • Apple/Google developer accounts and app-store fees;
  • maps, geocoding, CRM, shipping, accounting and other third-party subscriptions.

3. WebsiteIn5000 hosting plans

If the order is specifically for a WebsiteIn5000 hosting/shared hosting/VPS/dedicated/cloud plan, the infrastructure described in that hosting order is included for the stated term. Renewal, resource upgrades, overages, provider-specific add-ons and excluded licences remain separate unless the order says otherwise.

4. Provider control

Third-party providers control their infrastructure, acceptable-use rules, pricing, renewals, verification, outages, account approvals and service availability. WebsiteIn5000 cannot guarantee a third party will approve or continue to support every business model, product category or integration.

5. Client-owned accounts

Where practical, domains, payment gateways, cloud accounts and major third-party services should be registered in the client's own legal/business details so the client retains direct ownership and provider access.

6. Renewals

Hosting, domains and subscriptions may renew annually or according to the provider/order term. Failure to renew can result in suspension, expiration or loss of third-party services.
