1. Custom digital services
Website development, application development, software engineering, design, integration and other project services are customised digital services. Once work has started, amounts corresponding to completed work, reserved resources, purchased third-party services or delivered milestones may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the agreed project terms.
2. Before work starts
If a project is cancelled before substantive work begins and before non-refundable third-party costs are incurred, a refund request may be reviewed based on the actual circumstances, payment-provider costs and any written project-specific terms.
3. Milestone payments
A paid milestone normally represents work already commenced, completed or reserved for that stage. Approval of a milestone may make that milestone non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Third-party charges
Domain, hosting, cloud, licences, APIs, SMS/OTP, email services, app-store fees, gateway fees and other provider charges are subject to the third party's own refund rules and may be non-refundable once purchased or activated.
5. Duplicate or erroneous payments
Confirmed duplicate payments or clear processing errors should be reported promptly with the order number and payment reference. Verified duplicate amounts will be handled according to the payment provider and applicable law.
6. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned through an available original or agreed payment method. Bank, card, gateway and cross-border processing timelines are controlled partly by external providers.
7. How to request review
Contact support@websitein5000.in with the order number, payment reference, reason and supporting information. A request does not automatically mean a refund is due.
