Frequently asked questions
Who owns the website after final payment?
Ownership is governed by the approved quotation, scope and agreement. For normal custom client projects, the agreed website deliverables are handed over after full payment, subject to any third-party licenses, paid themes, fonts, APIs, plugins or services that have their own license terms.
Clients should keep their own domain, hosting and third-party accounts wherever practical.
Do you provide support after website delivery?
Yes, support can be provided after delivery according to the selected package or agreed support period. Support usually covers approved project issues and deployment assistance, while new features, major redesigns, new integrations and ongoing content work may be separately chargeable.
Can I edit my website myself after launch?
Yes. A website can be built with a CMS or custom admin panel so authorised users can update selected content such as blogs, products, FAQs, banners, courses, pricing or enquiries.
A static frontend plan may not include a management dashboard unless it is listed in the package or added separately.
Will I receive website login and access details?
Yes, relevant access such as hosting, admin panel and project credentials should be handed over where those systems are part of the approved client deliverables.
Third-party platforms remain subject to their own account ownership, security and licensing rules.
