The approved base scope can be fixed, but additional requirements, third-party costs, taxes and new modules can change the final project total.
The selected base-plan or approved quotation defines the starting scope. The total can change when the client requests extra pages, integrations, admin modules, advanced optimization, ecommerce, CRM, LMS or other custom development.
Any additional work should be documented and approved before implementation.
